Dr. Mrs. Stella Agada DPA is current vice chairman and supervisor for Health in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Council, Rivers State. She hails from Ndoni Town. A two time "Treasurer of Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. Head of foreign Desk Mission Chamber of Commerce, 2014. Nigerian Desk Officer to Commonwealth Business Council London 2013 and NEPC Certified non-oil produce exporter. 

A Certified Leader from Institute of Leadership and Global Education London. A certified leader from African Centre for Leadership Strategy and Development Abuja. Holder of a medal from Kwame Nkrumah Transformational Leadership Centre Ghana.
