Bldr. Abdulrazaq Ayo Alao

BLDR. ABDULRAZAQ AYO ALAO. Fniob, fcipdm, Fimc, Fica Registered Builder, Chartered Management Consultant. Bldr Alao, Abdulrazaq Ayo. fniob, fcipdm, fimc, fica  Registered Builder, Chartered Management Consultant, was born in Wusasa Zaria on the 8th of September 1964 to the family of late Alhaji  A. O .A . Alao & Hajia F. O .Alao.  

He is the first child of his parents who are devoted Muslims and Educationists from Ilorin in Kwara state. He attended prestigious Government Secondary school, Ilorin before proceeding to the the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where graduated in 1987  with  a  Bsc Building. He did National Service with the  Department of Public Works of FCDA. He is married with Children to Qs Mrs Chika Yesmeen Alao, mniqs, fimc, Registered Quantity Surveyor , Chartered Management Consultant and a devoted Christian per excellence from Ngor-0kpala in Imo State. Bldr Alao is Fellow of various Institutes viz; The Nigerian Institute of Building (2010), Chartered institute of Public Diplomacy and Management (2017), Institute of Management Consultants (2019), Institute of Corporate Administration (2019). 

He is a seasoned civil servant and professional with FCDA/ FCTA,  which he joined in 1990 as a Building Engineer 11 and rose through the ranks to become Deputy Director Building and  Head of Building Inspectorate North  Division in the  Department of Development Control in January 2018.  

In the pursuit of excellence he has visited countries like the Republic of South Africa, Turkey, Singapore, Malaysia,  Brazil and the United kingdom attending international workshops, trainings, conferences and study tours. He has served on various committees of the FCDA/ FCTA , Nigerian institute of Buiďlding and the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria.
